Like it has been said Europe has lots of history and that brings also lots of attractions to this content. Europe also has very beautiful architechture, old castles, churches and cathedrals. In Europe it is possible to find small hidden beaches and small alpine villages or find statues and memorial monuments.

Europe is very well known its famous buildings like Eiffel tower in Paris, The Colosseum in Rome or Pisa tower in Pisa. These are obviously very popular places to travel and take pictures next to them. These are places that everybody knows. If you just show picture of Eiffel tower, there is no need to tell that it is in Paris. While European people may know also more information about these cities and countries, some people may just know those popular places and those are the reason they are ready to travel and see them. Then there are very important places to people e.g. Berlin Wall, where people still go to see and maybe to feel something.

Big cities do attract more people because there is also many things to do and see. Most visited European attraction might be a suprise to some, because it is in Istanbul, Gran Bazar which attracts over 15 million visitor each year (K.Appleton, L.Matthews, A.Orcutt. 2012).

Europe attracts people also to come because of its culture. Arts, food and lifestyle. It is possible to find many different food styles from Europe. Mediterranean kitchen or more Eastern flavours with stews and soups. Finding a traditional local restaurants and pubs is already one part that journey and at the same time it is possible to get know local people and their culture and heritage.
